Wow these were some good eats! Appetizers were amazing, tacos were unreal. And fast? These guys are super quick and efficient. My old fashioned was off the chart.

My wife and I moved to Columbus from Los Angeles last October, and we were a little concerned about the availability of quality Mexican food here. During the "Short North Holiday Street Festival" in December, we ducked into Bakersfield for warmth and food. We ordered chips, salsa and guac, and then moved on to a variety of street tacos. All were excellent! We have been back several times, and the quality of the food and drink has remained consistent. For a great deal, don't miss their happy hour offerings.

Randomly decided to go to a bookstore then get tacos on a Saturday night. I miss read the menu and picked this place thinking they had horchata. They do, but as a cocktail. It was delicious anyway. The food was so so good. The best thing ended up being the elote salad. The corn tasted like freshly cut off the cob corn. 5stars for that alone. My only very minor complaint, I wish they had desserts, even if it was only mango and chamoy.

Sat at the bar and the bartender was attentive and thoughtful. This was my first time in Columbus and it was a welcoming feeling. The food was absolutely delicious! Try the tacos and you obviously won't be disappointed!

What a wonderful little surprised we walked into on our visit downtown this past weekend. It was a Saturday night so we walked in knowing there'd be a wait, we got quotes 40 minutes but they were able to seat us within about 10. Our server was very quick and attentive for as busy as she was. The menu is small but the flavors offered are huge! We ordered a queso for the table and it came out hot and with even more cheese on top than I'd imagined. The chips were typical restaurant tortilla chips, delicious and salty. The queso does have a kick to it, I'd say medium spice level. We ordered tacos and taquitos for the main course and I had to try the esquites ,or elote in a bowl basically, Everything came out timely considering their busy level. Our server kept our drinks filled very well in the mean time. When the food finally came I was shocked both good and bad. The tacos all come out together on a big serving dish though they do put them in the order they were made so figuring which is which out wasn't too difficult. But oh are they small tacos. They use the street tacos tortilla that's about 3 or4 inches in diameter. They did not skimp on the inside though and despite it being 4.5 a taco, you can taste the quality in the ingredients. I ordered 3 to starts, the shrimp , Al pastor and braised beef tacos. They tasted so good and were small enough I ordered 2 more. Everything was delicious and we left feeling satisfied but not gross full from crap ingredients. Will definitely be coming back to try the other tacos. Oh and do yourself the favor, get the esquites and queso and then make yourself a grande nacho with it. Thank me later. ENJOY!

Stopped in for dinner on a Friday night. Only had to wait maybe 10 min for a table for 2 (around 7:30p). We started with drinks and the queso; I had the Espresso Horchata and he had their Old Fashion. The tacos are sold individually. We both ordered 2 and they came out quickly. They are street taco size so we ended up each ordering one more. Flavors were all very good and well balanced. We also ordered the Anejo Marg and the Grapefruit Radler as our end of dinner drinks and to just chill before our show at the Ginger Rabbit next door. My only gripe was the music was really loud. We had to talk pretty loudly across the table to hear each other. For parking, there’s a few places in the area but we choose the deck over on E Lincoln. You can see it from the restaurant only a block over.

Quite possibly the best fish tacos here in Cols. I have been coming here since they opened over 10 years ago now, and their fish taco has remained consistent. Crispy fried mahi-mahi with tabasco lime sauce, citrus slaw, cilantro and a wedge of lime. Highly recommended!

Spectacular experience. We had a somewhat odd situation where we asked for a last minute catering order and they were able to accommodate. Great communication and staff service, and of course, excellent food. We had to move away from Columbus a couple years ago and we still come here wherever we're back in town. Love it.
